What does Freedom mean for us in our lives ?

Understanding that can help us understand ourselves.

It can make our movements in life clearer and more simple.

In the Online session we are going roughly through 3 stages .

First we are warming up and opening our system, preparing it for gradual  entering a meditative state, using mostly breath, voice and simple movements.

Second, we  are entering  a guided meditation and silence, directly experiencing ourselves, without any interpretation.

Third, we are gagging our minds, exploring in conversation the different experiences which has appeared and their implication in our daily life.  

Checking and clarifying our own personal experiences in the light of this knowledge
